They use innovative means to share Christ with those who have not yet heard or experienced his love—through intentional evangelism, whole-life discipleship, and sacrificial service. Encompass teammates live and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, gather new believers into the community, and train local leaders so that church-planting movements will flourish over time.
