These C4-related apps are recommended as a public service and I'll hide behind the usual disclaimer - caveat emptor...

FYI, my PC is running WinXPHome, has a 1.7Ghz Celeron CPU, S3 30Mb video/graphics card (not flash, but works okay for me), and 256Mb RAM. These C4 apps listed below run well on this spec, and they'll probably work on any version of Windows back to Win95.

One more thing to keep in mind - both the game and the Mission Editor like a reasonable amount of RAM and as high a spec CPU as you can throw at it. I've noticed while creating missions that the box gets quite warm and I can hear the fan speed going up and down, it sure gets 'em working!

Tool #1
MISSION EDITOR - OPENED VERSION

This is a must-have if you're serious about your mission design. This is an 'unlocked' version of the mission editor that you get with the game, this opened version has extra menu items and right-click options that will make your life a bit easier and enable more creativity.

TERRAIN VIEWER

This handy little app enables you to easily view all all the different terrains, you click buttons to scroll either direction through them. Each view shows the three different terrains in Color, Height and Depth.

NO-CD CRACK

Avoid over-use of your CD drive and possible damage to your original CD. This crack only works if you have the opening animation turned off because that's loaded from the CD (which you won't have in the CD drawer).
